Voucher, Forms and Downloads

Tour Voucher/Confirmation Document:

Approximately 14 days before the tour begins we will send you a Tour Voucher/Confirmation Document containing important details regarding your tour. This will include a day-by-day list of the hotels we have booked for your tour, along with the name, address, and phone/fax # of each hotel. The tour voucher/confirmation document will also list the names and cell phone numbers of the guides and drivers scheduled for your tour in each country. In addition it will contain the names and cell phone numbers of the local land tour operators who will be working on your tour. Please print out the tour voucher/document and carry it with you on the tour. Central Asia Tours also recommends you give a copy of the tour voucher to your friends or relatives at home, so they may reach you in in case of emergency.

In order to preserve environment and keep our prices reasonable, all information is provided in electronic format on our website. Detailed tour itineraries with specific dates and maps of our tours can be downloaded from pages with tour information. Other frequently used forms are available in PDF format and can be printed from our website in case if needed.
